Pre-Order Policy and Information

Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering from our small business! Below we hope to answer any questions you might have regarding the pre-order process.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are located in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer. These are only an estimation by the manufacturer and do often times change.

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. You may email a request to split your order at anytime and we will invoice any additional shipping. Please email these requests to ivan@hiddengemscollectibles.com. Please note that some items may arrive before others.

Will each item on my order ship separately as they arrive?

No. Orders will not ship until the entire order is in stock. Checkout only calculates one shipment. If you would like to split up an order you may email a request to ivan@hiddengemscollectibles.com. We will split your order and invoice the additional cost.

When will you charge me for my item?

To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?

No. Our orders are placed based on pre-orders. You may exchange your pre-orders for store credit or equally priced cars. Please contact ivan@hiddengemscollectibles.com if you would like to start an exchange.
